Program Director- Deitra Miller

Deitra has worked in the field of early childhood education since 1998. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She owned and operated a licensed family childcare home for approximately 6 years. She has experiences as an early childhood educator in childcare centers, as a parent educator, and as a program supervisor.

“It is my mission as an early learning professional to bring the understanding and compassion that is needed to support children and families during the earliest and most formative years of their development. I believe it is essential to collaborate with families to assure the highest quality services are being provided for children.”

Program Coordinator for Infants/Toddlers- Peggy Butler

Peggy received her BA in Children’s Studies from Eastern Washington University and has been working at St. Anne’s since 2009. Prior to St Anne’s, Peggy worked at Lake Washington Technical Institute for 8 years. Peggy has been an early childhood educator since 1996 and has taught every age group in early learning.

“It is my mission in Early Childhood Education is to provide the most loving, secure and stimulating learning environment for all children in our center.”


Program Coordinator for Pre School- Marissa Hurley

Marissa has been a part of the St Anne’s team since 2012. She has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Washington University and a Masters Degree in Business. She has been in education for over a decade and is passionate and committed to quality education for all children.

“It is my mission as an early learning professional to ensure all children get a solid, well rounded foundation and build a lifelong love for learning. My passion is to build parent involvement and empower parents to be their child’s biggest advocate.”
