Ms. Nicolle- Lead Toddler Teacher
I started working with children when I graduated high school. I really loved my job and being able to see the children grow, that’s when I knew I wanted to continue working with children. I worked at Deaconess childcare center until they closed and then became a stay at home mom with my 2 boys. I started working for St. Anne’s in 2006 and I was super excited to get this experience. I started out in preschool after about 6 years in preschool and then I went down to work with toddlers. I started in infants and pre toddlers shortly after I returned from maternity leave with my daughter. I am so blessed and love my job everyday. I enjoy being able to teach children new things so they can take what they have learned with them as they grow and build on what they have learned. I currently have my Child Development Associate (CDA) and I plan to continue to pursue my education in this field.
Personal Teaching Mission or Philosophy:
My philosophy is children thrive best in a safe, healthy, learning environment that is individualized for each child. I truly believe in the power and importance of play based learning.
